The TASKE team is looking for a Java Developer to join their team of software engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following technologies:

  • Java
  • Java EE
  • JavaServer Faces (JSF) & Facelets
  • Application server technology (e.g. Glassfish)
  • HTML
  • JavaScript

Experience in the following technologies would be an asset:

  • C++
  • SQL
  • Comfortable with Linux

Applicants must have a minimum of three years experience developing web applications and Java programming. Working within a team using the Agile development process you will be responsible for the design, implementation and unit testing of all your code.  As a team member you will work in both peer programming and independent situations. Your tasks will involve all aspects of the application from the user interface, through to the server classes, and database development.
