Develop furniture layouts, construction drawings, proximity plans, stacking plans using AutoCAD software;
Prepare finish sample boards for client presentation and approval;
Develop project implementation schedules, class D & B cost estimates;
Implement major tenant fit-up project with SNC Lavalin & Real Property Branch;
Chair project team meetings;
Issue furniture orders using E-Purchasing, use of SAP-SIGMA financial system for acquisitions of furniture and financial aspects for a project implementation;
Coordinate moves of department staff
Candidate's requirements for the position:
Candidate must have a diploma or college degree in interior design;
Candidate must have extensive experience in working with the federal government fit-up standards;
Candidate must have a good knowledge of various system furniture and latest trends related to office desing & planning;
Candidate must have experience in working with SAP - SIGMA financial system;
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in working the field of interior design for the federal government
